Technologies, W-42, Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi- 110020.

1. President’s Report and other committee reports presented (Attachment A)
2. Balance sheet and Auditors Report to be approved (Attachment B)
3. Confirmation of Auditors of K. Khanna and Company extension for another year
4. Appointment of an accountant to handle clerical work of accounts under
supervision of Treasurer and Secretary
5. Proposed 4 new Committee office bearers.
6. Any other matters including information that the constitution of an Advisory Body
and reviewing of the current MOA for clearer definitions of responsibilities and
other clauses being worked on to be taken up at a later date for discussion and
ratification.
7. To fix time and date of the next AGM.
8. Any other matters with the permission of the Chair.
