cemented its place as one of the strongest alumni associations in the country thanks
to the rock-solid team led by our President Shivani Anand. The next phase of the
WGAA is an exciting one as we hope to be the bridge that connects the ethos of the
Welham Family with the technology of the future. We will be extremely process-
oriented while keeping our core values and fundamentals intact. In short, we hope to
transform the WGAA in a way that keeps us relevant and brings about even more
efficiency as a working group. As a team, we will focus on what we are calling the 4C
approach:
CARE, CONNECT, COLLABORATION and CONSERVATION - our new focal point.
This will include efforts towards conservation and sustainability at a time the entire
world is fighting the climate crisis”.
The rousing address of the new President was lauded by the entire board of the
WGAA. And ushering in of the new-age WGAA, has filled the Welham community
with further promise and hope.
