Life coaching, for those who may not be aware, is the provision of simple support to help overcome personal and professional hurdles. This support is not given in the form of advice or suggested solutions to problems, but in the form of empowerment of the individuals to find solutions for themselves.
Therefore, as a life coach, I do not suggest a plan of action but rather ask the right questions that help the individual to introspect and become more self reliant. In doing so, the individual gets empowered to find her or his own solutions.
